@MTPippin The Official Second Season of Lucille Ball’s second series The Lucy Show, is coming to DVD on July 13, 2010! If you haven’t seen the Lucy show it is so funny! And the second season co-stars Vivian Vance(Ethel)! Also it’s in Color!
This was the first LUCY SHOW I ever saw… just thought I would share that.
“That wasn’t it!” HAHAHAHAHA.
the kitchen in the first season looks different than the kitchen in the 2nd and 3rd seasons; I wonder why. Less than a week before the dvd!
Sorry, this might have been already posted, but I anyway I have read that this was Vivian Vance’s last aired episode on The Lucy Show, spring of 1965 season finale, as a regular castmember of the show, kinda bittersweet.
I Love Lucy was first.
I Love Lucy started in 1951, The Lucy Show in 1962
I thought it was a vacuume
Which came first? I love lucy or Lucy show?
Its sounds like a cross between an airplane and a lion roaring.
Haven’t seen this ep in like 15 years sice Nick At Nite used to run The Lucy Show. The *** with the fridge is hilarious.
blender
I thought it was a sound of a motorcycle starting lol
Thanks for sharing and caring =)
so funny!
The quality is excellent, the colour so vibrant. Thank you for this.
I never knew until years later, that the reason in the 2nd and 3rd Lucy Show seasons you see all that awful blue eye shadow Lucy and Viv wore, was ’cause those seasons were original aired in B&W but filmed in color for later syndication, and the shadow helped them photograph OK in mono. Already here, you can catch Lucy checking out the cue cards off-screen sometimes, which becomes annoying.
