its not a great line of work
if u wanna be REAAAALLLY popular, u r gonna hav 2 work odd hours and that wont leave time for your family if u have one

I am dj , a dj(disc jockey) r of 3 types viz radio dj , club dj , mobile dj.The instruments u need is two turntables,mixer,hi quality speaker,two slipmats, a mic, high definition headphones,laptop with albelton live in it etc. with lots of vinyls and records.The salary depends upon skills , song selections ,your equipments.I own a club and having a good income in it.If ur planning to become club dj, go to devloped cities like mumbai,delhi,banglore etc.Trance,techno,breakbeat,Electro,House,downtempo are dance music genres through which we select our genre and songs.It needs more practice with equipments than just playing with pc dj softwares.
