HELP- How should I ask the dj to play my music for my bellydance performance at a party?

I will be having a bellydance performance tomorrow and the song that I need is in a dvd that I have. Is it possible for the dj to play the song from the dvd that I have which has different songs and dance performances in each section?

How does someone become a Club DJ?

I have always had a dream to become a club DJ. Back in college i would always DJ our parties and love every minute of it. I'm wondering how I might be able to make a carreer out of this. Is there a school I could attend to help boost myself? I have turntables but I am no where near skilled to be able to actually use them at a real gig yet.
